American Development Partners™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect on americandevpartners.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are & scope
This notice covers the Site and any emails you send to addresses on our domain. It does not cover our clients’ systems or third-party websites we link to.
What we collect
• Information you provide directly — e.g., name, business email, phone, company, message details, proposals/RFPs, and (for careers) résumé/CV and links you send to us.
• Technical data — limited data from your browser (IP address, device type, page requests, timestamps) captured in standard server logs for security and operations. We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on the Site.
• Sources — you, your organization, publicly available professional profiles, and our service providers.
Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive data through the Site or by unsecured email. If a project requires PHI, we will handle it only under a Business Associate Agreement and secure channels.
How we use information
• To respond to inquiries, provide proposals/estimates, and deliver services
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our offerings
• To manage recruiting and our expert network
• To send administrative or marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
• To comply with law, enforce terms, and protect rights
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
We process personal data under: contract (responding to your request or performing services), legitimate interests (site security, business operations), consent (where required), and legal obligation.
Sharing & service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
• Service providers / processors that help us run the Site and operations (for example: Zoho Sites/Forms/CRM/Desk/WorkDrive, cloud email/hosting, security tools).
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting) and authorities when legally required.
• Business transfers if we restructure or sell assets.
Data retention
• General inquiries: typically up to 24 months from last contact.
• Career submissions: typically up to 24 months for talent-pool consideration.
• Client records: retained according to contract and legal requirements.
We may keep limited logs for security, fraud prevention, and compliance.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your data may be processed in countries that may not provide the same level of protection. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
• U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CA/VA/CO/CT/UT) — you may request access, correction, deletion, and information about how we use and share your data. We do not “sell” personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• EEA/UK — you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise rights or appeal a decision, email privacy@americandevpartners.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by law.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Third-party links
Our Site may link to external sites we do not control. Their policies apply to their content and data practices.

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest version.
